MOSCOW, Mar 14 (PRIME) -- The adjusted net profit of Russian shipping company Sovcomflot decreased by 79.3% on the year to U.S. $61.1 million in 2021 on the back of robust performance in the industrial business segment, which balanced conventional tanker transportation volatility, as calculated under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), the company said in a statement on Monday.
The company said that it had achieved positive operating results in spite of the negative dynamics of the freight market.
